Our vision is to build Colorado’s own local bistro, Spanish tapas bar or Italian Osteria, a small unpretentious restaurant built upon what the local land has to offer, excellence held back only by the talents of the friends working behind the counter. Our mantra, applied to all aspects of the restaurant, is simplicity well crafted to the best level possible, quality not quantity.
